Artist's Comments

This is the first one I've uploaded this year. And the first one for months. I really want my gallery to grow up with all the new stuff in which I'm working on -_-

I'm trying to improve my skills and being faster when painting.

This painting turned pretty different of what I first had in mind, but I like the result.

Refs used for the sky tones and guns (since I'm not an expert in this field). I chose an M60 basically because is the first machinegun I found in google wich works with the kind of bullets I painted :P

Photoshop and a bit of Painter X

Hope you all enjoy it!

Beautifully done! :)

Looks pretty good babe! I like the fact that there are some areas that look almost like they're made out of the same material as the animated clay-characters. U'know?

Getting faster at painting is very nice talent indeed, but don't do it if it reduced your details and the overall result. Many old masters that I've respected in my youth have succumbed into that curse-word "speedyness" and their work has suffered greatly. Thou must not do the same. Take your time, don't be sloppy. You'll tap yourself in the back at the finish.

Wonderful rendering! The pose is quite seductive, yet she looks very powerful. I like it alot.

Very nice . Kinda has that Tarantino flavor. The M60 is a machine gun, BTW, not a submachine gun :p. The bullets are correct, though :D.

Thanks dude :D

You're right, Actually I'm trying to add more details to my stuff since I realized that some of my paintings are turning out pretty simple. You know, I would like to get more practice in order to not waste time in things that are not visible after all.
